Custom Rainbow Basket Hatching Eggs

Eggs are shipped USPS Priority Mail. I include extras when available.
If you choose Moss Eggers, you will receive BROWN eggs. The chickens you hatch will lay varied shades of GREEN eggs.
There are no guarantees on hatching eggs. Please buy only if you are willing to risk that they may not hatch.

Moss Egger Chicks are sold Straight Run – You will receive both male and female chicks. There are no guarantees on the number of each gender you will receive in your order. If you cannot have roosters, consider ordering our Cream Legbar or Holly Egger chicks which can be sexed at hatch.
Please be prepared with a heated brooder, chick feed, and water before your chicks arrive.

We have tailless, partial tailed, and fully tailed Araucanas in our flock with varying sizes of tufts to keep our line healthy. Our Araucanas were originally sourced from Edd Sheppard as well as show lines of Araucanas. When purchasing hatching eggs from us please be aware that hatch rates will be lower than average due the possibility of double tuft inheritance, and birds you hatch may or may not be tufted, and may have a partial to full tail. We do hatch beautifully tufted and rumpless birds from our stock, but the traits your birds will inherit is a roll of the genetic dice.

Araucana Hatching Eggs – 1 Dozen
$115.00It is possible to hatch rumpless, tailed, and partially tailed, as well as both tufted and non-tufted Araucanas due to the nature of rumpless and tufted genetics.
The tufted gene is also lethal before hatch when inherited twice (homozygous) so hatch rates for Araucanas can be lower than average compared to other breeds.
